Every region, every family has its own native souring agents and chillies, flavours that have transcended time, carried through generations, shaping how we cook, eat, and remember.

A handful of tamarind from an old tree, a sun-dried kokum from the courtyard, a few Byadgi or Guntur to awaken the pot. 

At Puli, we want to tell stories that tie us to our land, stories that remind us where we come from, and why it still tastes like home.
