Made with tender mangoes sourced from Shimoga, this traditional pickle captures the flavours of Karnataka’s Malnad region. No water is added, only mangoes and salt. The mangoes are cured for 10 days, naturally releasing their moisture until they become beautifully wrinkled and intensely flavourful.
